Brine your turkey for 24 hours in the refrigerator. This gives the Signature Brine time to season the turkey and help it stay juicy and flavorful while cooking.
Start with 1 gallon of water in the included brining bag and stir in the Signature Brine mix. Add your turkey and, if it isn't fully submerged, add more water before sealing the bag. Check out our Briner Buckets for an even easier way to brine, along with the brining bag.

Yes. After removing the turkey from the brine, pat it dry, use olive oil as a binder, and season it with the included Lane's Turkey Time Seasoning before cooking.
For crispier skin, allow the turkey to air dry uncovered in the refrigerator for 12 hours after brining and before seasoning. This step is optional, but we recommend it if you have the extra time.
Yes. After brining and seasoning, set your smoker for indirect cooking at 325°F. Smoke for approximately 2½ to 3½ hours, or until the internal temperature of the breast reaches 165°F. For smoke flavor, we recommend cherry wood. --Always cook to temp, not just time.
