I pounded the pork chop and made it a tad too long so my finished product looked like a football. And, I forgot the pickle. Other than that, not bad.

These were very very good!!! I have a big bbq cook off this weekend in the Big State Of TEXAS and my husband and I are making them again to place in the Open part of cook off!!! I think we will get 1st Place!!!!
